would it take decrease the value if you put a turbo in it? it's all up to you as for what the value is until you sell it.

If it was me, I would put the turbo on and run the engine till it blows, then rebuild it the way you want or just get one of the newer performance crate motors.

don't know how to take them out but if it's like my '91 conv, you will want them there to hide all of the crap for the conv top.
