Looking to buy a 64 1/2 coupe....how can I verify this and also the month, day etc... ot was built.

The best way is if you can take a look at the data plate on the door. If you've got the numbers that are on there you can check out what it all means (including the month/year it was built on the 65-73 decoder page at http://shnack.com/articles/1/

Hopefully this is what you were looking for.
