Swapping a 5.0l into my 95 mustang with the 3.8l

I'm keeping the 5 speed in the car but I want to take that 3.8l v6 out and put a 5.0l in its place I'm planning on making it carburated and putting a hei distributor in it and a one wire alternator any thoughts or opinion on what imma need to make all this work or just whatever let me hear from some people thanks!Â
