I'm possible starting a project with a 1991 lx hatchback and want to put in a 351 windsor. What concerns and problems would I be facing?

It will and it wont, i had a 1990 lx with a 4 banger in it, took out the 4, and was going to put a 5.0 in it, but the frame was different. The little 4 cylinder sat down a lot lower than that 5.0. So you would have to get a K Frame for a V8. So youre better off just going out and getting a GT. So I just purchased a 1995 and put a 351w in it.

I wanted to know how difficult it was to drop the Whinser in the 95'. I was trying to decide on either selling my 96'. And buying an 88-89 fox body, or purchase my friends W351 and drop that in.

My car is a V6, with about 125k on it. I got it from an old man, and got a custom flowmaster true dual exhaust and a denscharger intake (w/ 75mm pro M mass air meter). Its in good condision, and i like the body.
