Engine Upgrade

I'm planning on doing a little upgrading when I rebuild my engine. I want something that will still ride nice but still be a noticeable performance upgrade. I'm consider a 331 stroker but am not sure if that will be too much or not. Maybe a 306? Any advice is helpful
Someone please reply
What kind of engine are you running right now?
stock 302 ... may have plans later for a super or nos .... don't know yet
summit has a 347 stroker kit.
A lot of places have the kits but I've heard that 347's burn oil. I've heard that 331's sacrifice daily draveability. My car is a daily driver. I just want more power from the inners. I've got the bolt ons. I want to go deeper.
I would suggest a mild cam, headers, and an intake. I would suggest that you stay away from a nitrous system. Build up the motor nice and strong first, maybe aftermarket heads. I would always be cool to see a blower coming out the hood too.
what year is your mustang?
