Mustang History: 2013
The 2013 Mustang GT and V6 received new bodywork including a more aggressive GT500 inspired front end with HID headlights, body color rocker panels, a redesigned rear end with new taillights and even a new hood on the GT. The Mustang GT also received a number of other upgrades including a dash mounted LCD screen with the new Track Apps section, an additional 8 horsepower and an optional Track Package. The Boss 302 also received restyled body panels to complement its new 70s inspired graphics. The biggest change this year came on the Shelby GT500 which got a new 5.8L supercharged power plant boosting its specs to 662 horsepower and a top speed of over 200mph!
